It is an accusation based on totally no evidence at all. This is a despicable deed to ruin someone’s reputation anonymously.
Gang Xue and Hanlin Li were just two of hundreds classmates of the victim and so-called “suspect” back in the college.
They were NEVER accused any wrong doing by the law enforcement in China.
They were NEVER listed as suspects by the law enforcement in China.
They were NEVER listed as the witness by the law enforcement in China.
The college, which they attended, affirmed that they, along with other hundreds of students, did not possess the knowledge and sophisticated techniques used in the crime.
There is NO ongoing case against so-called ‘the No.1 suspect’ in China right now.
The investigation on the case ended almost 10 years ago without conclusion. The police NEVER moved the case to the attorney general’s office, because of lacking meaningful evidence. Actually there was NO evidence against anyone at all.
Now some friends of the victim have been sending thousands of unsolicited and anonymous letters and emails to previous classmates and their companies, in order to reactivate the investigation in China. Not only have Xue and Li been harassed for almost a year in USA, but also other classmates and previous roommates of the victim in China.
By posting unverified information, you don’t have the courage to take ‘any of the legal responsibility’. What a joke!
